1,Inlet guide vane device
Compsed of nine vanes, the inlet guide vane device is installed before impeller and its open degree is controlled by an electric operator. When the electric operator receives 4-20mA signal from control panel, it adjusts the vanes' open degree(the value of open degree is both shown on the panel of electric operator and on the control screen) so that the inlet guide vane device can work before gas flows into the impeller aand realize the function of airflow adjustment of 45-100%.
2,Volute
The most suitable volute runner is adopted for reliable pneumatic performance, high efficiency and for achieving all the multivariate efficiency to 85%.
3,Step-up box
Helical type step-up gear is equipped.The gare is diffusion hardened and of excellent performance under high-speed rotation and long service life.
Bearing of sliding type with Babbitt metal surface is adopted.The bearing takes lubricant film for supporting its shaft and cooling.It is featured with low friction,high antiknock characteristic,reliable performance and longevity.
4,High efficiency impeller
The impeller, which is ternary mixed semi-open type, is designed by the three-dimensional theory . The curve for the impeller is selected recurring to simulate
working condition on computer, and better fitting for the actual flowage of gas. Meanwhile, it reduces the vane deformation caused by centrifugal force and improves the efficiency reliability.
The advances connection type is adopted for the impeller and high-speed shaft.Before delivery ,impeller over-speed and dynamic balance tests are taken for ensuring the high performance of blower.
The material of the impeller is optional, aero-metal or stainless steel or other materials available according to the custom's requests.
Blower structure
Gs series centrifugal blower features single-stage cantilever,axial inlet and radical discharge structure. Air comes into the suction pipe and the inlet guide vane device from the inlet filter setting.Main driving motor is connected with the coupling and the step-up box.When start,
the step-up gear drive the ternary mixed semi-open impeller to make gas for power,and the gas discharge out through vane-less diffuser and volute chamber.

Main characteristics
·Good aerodynamic performance: ternary semi-open mixed-flow impeller adopted for not easy to cause vortex and for small airflow loss.
·Adjusted by inlet guide vane, the efficiency curve of the unit is flat, and even under non-designed operating conditions,good energy-saving effect can be achieved.

·The impeller is made of high-strength aviation aluminum alloy, machined by imported five-coordinate linkage machining center with small curve error. It is of reliable pneumatic performance and high efficiency,while it can save15%-25% power comparing with most Roots blowers.
·Impeller and speed-up gear are of integral structure, which greatly reduces the mechanical loss.
·Helical type speed-up gear adopted for good stability, low vibration, low noise and long service life under high-speed running.
·Special tilting pad bearing: through special tilting pads, the product has a high stability when running under high speed.
